Here you go - the wonderful set of rules I promised. If you have any problems with them, e-mail Crello at carnerik@hotmail.com
  1. No swearing. You will be given one warning and if you try it again you will be banned from the site. If you want soooo badly to use a harsh word in an argument, make one up.
  2. No PORNO. No warnings on this one, and if you try it, you will be banned from the site.
  3. If you purposfully try to catch a Dark dragon, you will be driven off the site by the Council, for they will see you as evil along with your dragon (You are what your dragon is).
  4. You do not know if you have magical abilities, and if you attempt to work magic, the Council will be very displeased. There are very few wizards, and they are all specially appointed.
  5. NO power-playing OR auto-hitting. Power-playing means doing something physically impossible, such as "He jumped on the huge wild dragons back, and hit it on the head with his fist, taming it instantly." C'mon, be real here. Auto-hitting is when you actually say that you've hit someone without giving them time to dodge or counter attack. E.g. "She thrusts her sword into his gut." You can say, however, "She thrusts her sword AT his gut." See? Minor auto-hitting is acceptable, but nothing that will eliminate the other person's chance of survial. Give them at least some choice to whether they die or not. As you've probably gathered, there can be killing, but let's keep that at a minimum here, k?
  6. You can only be on one board at a time. It's only realistic.
  7. If you want to see the Council about getting your dragon, you must wait until we call you in. If you just have a question to ask about the site or something, then you OOC it on the Council board.
  8. You CAN NOT appoint yourself to the Council. If you want to be one of the un-personed Council members, we will put you under a series of tests. The Un-personed council members are as follows: Artanic Silvertree- Male Elf Ildana Brightmoon- Female Elf Yungva Dokken- Male Dwarf Suvvon Dwightfar- Female Dwarf
  9. When you join, you are required to post a message in any of the boards. Please do so as soon as you are done joining.
  10. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE ON THIS SITE IS.... Please be realistic (as ironic as that sounds)! The Colony lives back in earlier ages, which means they don't have a lot of the things that we have today. Think Medieval Europe - that should give you a clue (I'm big on this one because it's my Personal Pet Peeve).
When you join, put "Tinkerbell" in your post so that we know you read the rules.
